Developer Recruitment
If you're interested in World of Warcraft, support Open Source, and are looking for something will challenge and inspire you, then ArcEmu is a great project to get involved with! We're currently looking for developers with a keen understanding and familiarity of the following specifications.

You are expected and will need to know:
- All aspects of the standard C++ language
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Strong skills with common data structures, logic and common algorithms.
- As well, we expect a willingness to learn what's needed to suceed

Pluses:
- Experience with code optimization to improve performance
- Self-motivation and willingness to pitch in on many areas of development
- Experience with multi-threaded programming
- Passion for playing World of Warcraft
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Network programming using sockets (BSD socks library, WINSOCK2, etc)
- Reverse engineering skills (x86 assembly is a definite plus!)

Quality Assurance Recruitment
Howdy! We're looking for knowledgable users to help us find and confirm bugs, then sort and update them on our bug tracker.
QAs should have an understanding of the following
- Understand and use standard issue-tracking software(Trac)
- Apply and evaluate patch files
- Verify the existance of bugs
- Writing useful and correct bug reports

Moderator Recruitment
While the Contributors work hard at keeping ArcEmu a powerful application, Moderators keep the forums clean and the community happy. Moderators have excellent grammar and have a keen sense of justice yet are usually kind and courteous people.Moderators are required to have an understanding of how to use "Search" as well, they must be able to search on their own.

ARCEMU GOALS
To improve our knowledge and understanding of C/C++, x86 Assembly, SQL and Lua. To improve our knowledge and understanding of operating systems such as Unix, Linux and Windows.
