Hey guys.

I've used arcemu before, and it was (and is) wayyy better than the other options (no offense to mangos/trinity), but I was wondering if the project was still alive. The forums look fairly dead, and there hasn't been a commit on github in 5 months. I was looking to try and get involved in a WoW emu project, but after trying MaNGOS and Trinity and remembering how good Arc was, I wanted to look back into it.

The only thing is that I don't want to get too involved if the project's about to die.

I used to use the project without getting much into the code. This project led me to pursue C++ and gaming in general, but now I've kind of gotten on a writer's block on my own game, so I wanted to get back into this project.

Any responses, or an explanation of what happened would be awesome. I don't want to see this project die like MaNGOS almost did.

Hi!
Generally it is a good idea to look around and read other topics concerning your issue before posting.

Sorry for that. I was just reading the last post date on most of the threads, and not paying attention to the titles. The other post helps a lot though.

Thanks
