Eye Of Acherus Non Blizzlike

I am trying to script Eye of Acherus So far not so bad
I cpp it and added to the script as separate dll (attached)
As this script was Found in Arcscript2 was not working very well
1- The eye is loaded
2- Spells was sent
3- The eye was in phase 2
My problem that i need help to get back the control to player after despawn as The eye remains in control
