Patch Title: German logonserver help
What bug does this patch fix / What feature it adds: German help in the logonserver console. Fixes some typos.
Detailed Explanation: If you type "hilfe", a German help text will appear.
Tested: Starting logonserver and using the new "hilfe" command successfully.

Maybe we should come up with some better localization scheme, I don't think hardcoding the strings for every language is that good :P

Language packs should be supported by external text files. Doesn't need to be XML, but utf-8 in the style of the good old ini files of Windows would be nice.

Especially for cpp gossip scripts it would be helpful.

Ok, I'm not so experienced in programming, especially with c++. So I don't know how to do this in another way. I've just tried to do it anyway.

gossip, npc scripts should be localized...
to make db based gossips system is easy - that surelly will make full locales support, it is in my todo list...

personally i think, console messages, server configs and even comments in code maybe could be as it is...
take more attention into ingame localization i think...

i'm not blaming this work, it is useful anyway...

Of coure my post was not to criticize Cerretec. I'm happy about his work. He's the only one atm who helps me a litte bit in Wiki commenting and translating things into German. :rolleyes:
