Question About Waypoints

Hello i maked an NPC with waypoints.
The NPC only moves to the other waypoint when i am near the NPC. Normaly the NPC should move every time and not when i am by the NPC. IS this normal because i think on Blizz they are moving all the time.

Yes it is intended behavior.
It's done like this to save resources. When no players are around the world just stops so it doesn't consume CPU or RAM.

Reading the config files usually helps to determine what can and can't be disabled/enabled.....

i changed <Movement FlushInterval="1000"
CompressRate="9"
CompressThreshold="30000.0"
CompressThresholdCreatures="10000.0"> but it still dont works

Probably because it has nothing to do with it...
Try the one that says

i changed it and the waypoints are still only working when i m near the npc

Well then probably something is broken about waypoints, put in a ticket and sometime someone will take a look.
