Just as a sidenote; I have also had this problem before. Sometimes the database updates following the latest rev errors out on import. Though I haven't downloaded the latest rev from WhyDB in ages, seriously, ages. Though I have always updated the DB with the latest releases and at one point I even had to convert the whole db (a long time ago). But I think that something was forgotten or not accounted for when releasing a new update, because suddently I had issues importing them, without ever being able to locate the cause of the problem.

I ended up manually restructurizing the db. I can't remember what where or when I did it, but there's obiously something wrong somewhere. Though the latest WhyDB rev + ArcEmu latest db updates should merge just fine.
