Greetings,

I'm learning C++ for Arcemu/WoW and am still a beginner. I do, however, have some knowledge of C++ overall and am continuing learning that.

That being said, I've been using this guide: http://arcemu.org/fo...showtopic=22943 and have come up with a script for a boss I'd like to add to my server. Given me being new and inexperienced, I'm getting some compiling errors (not really dumb ones like forgetting a :) and would appreciate some help.

Here's the script: http://pastebin.com/XK47QckV

I'm not sure if I'm giving it the wrong name in my script or not, but I seem to be having a problem with base.h. Not sure if that's my script acting up or not. The other ones confuse me especially because according to the guide I used, that should be alright. If you can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Apologies in advance for potential stupid mistakes, but this is my first one and the next 4 ones I need to do should be a similar structure and not need help if I get this one going.

Here are the errors:

Assuming you added that file into the ExtraScripts project ( since that's where your file is ).

You are getting those Base.h related errors because you are missing a header file.
Try this instead of your header includes:
#include "Setup.h"
#include "../Common/Instance_Base.h"
#include "../Common/Base.h"

I do see some weird things in your "script" too, like you are trying to assing a pointer to a macro? o.O
You really should learn C++ first!
