Hi there,

I have currently Flexible DB Editor (2.0.0) and Dark DB Editor (2.0.3.1) which seem to not be compatible with the latest ArcEmu build (r3529 here atm).

I know FDE is not maintained anymore, and I can't seem to get the last source code for it as it's SVN seems to be gone from Assembla. Errors I get is unknown column civilian in field list with DDE and death_state in FDE, seems to be related with some database structual changes along the lines lately.

Does anyone have a working build of any of these editors? Or at least the last source code so I can manage to get it working again for myself and others?

Thanks!!!
Steve

Well it doesn't seem to be so flexible after all then, does it? Have you tried contacting the author(s)?

Yes I use Navicat but my best mate wants to go on and do some work for example make custom weapons and NPCs and such and he prefers this method rather than working directly with the database.

hm. Some folks are wise and some are otherwise. your friend should learn mysql to not have this method which obviously depends on mcDonalds apps...

Ummm... What Ezri said mostly.

But I'm feeling a little helpful, so I'd also suggest for your mate to look at the Wow-v.com NPC creator.

That should give him a few pointers at least. Just make sure he downloads the sql for the right Arcemu version.

he is learning sql and your comment about wiseness was uncalled for. i hate it when people make comments like that about people they know nothing about :o

other than that i'm looking at this wow-v site and it looks quite interesting, lots of custom stuff there already for the picking and their tools are quite interesting. thanks for the tip Garvey
