This is a project i started before i quitted
emulation, after request from Hasbro, and i wanted to share those
converters that i finished, for those that
want to try it or continue on the project.
The purpose of these SQL converters is
to make Mangos databases compitable to ArcEmu.

Here is what i did finish before i quitted:

* creature templates 100%
* creature spawns 100%
* creature waypoints 100%
* gameobject templates 100%
* gameobject spawns 100%
* items template 100%
* vendor templates 100%

The structure convert was done at:
MaNGOS 8075+ to ArcEmu Rev 2716+
Works on UDB 381 & YTDB 467

Im sure its easy to update to todays structure
for those that is interested to continue on these converters.

Anyway, here is the sql queries for the parts i finished:

creature templates/spawns/waypoints:

MaNGOS to ArcEmu Creatures & Spawns Table Converter.sql

object templates/spawns:
MaNGOS to ArcEmu Objects & Spawn Table Converter.sql

items templates:
MaNGOS to ArcEmu Items Table Converter.sql

vendor templates:
Mangos to ArcEmu Vendor Table Converter.sql

Have fun. hope some of you find interest or use in these works.

I had some real life problems, lost my girlfriend ++.
Also i have started working fulltime so hasnt much time free anymore,
so i decided to quit emulation to take care of my daughter and work.

I found these sql,s on my old backup harddrive and decided to release them
if someone wanna use them or continue the project.

Wasnt my intention to suddently disappear that way, but the breakup with my girlfriend
was a bit hard for me, so i cutted out about all computer related stuff.

Im mostly only in forums to have contact with old friends and watch how community goes these days.

Sorry bout my suddently disappear btw :/

Keep your head up high Knaur, what ever happens.

Still great to see you. Always nice to see some older folks around.
Take care

Do you know whether this works with the later revisions of YTDB/UDB (9000<) ?

Artox tells me ArcEmu goes by the number of the column, not the name - essentially ruining your converter as it doesn't take that into account. Is this true?

as i wrote in the info:

The structure convert was done at:
MaNGOS 8075+ to ArcEmu Rev 2716+
Works on UDB 381 & YTDB 467

that means you must manually update for newer structure yourself

This is a project i started for hasbro after request last summer.
i gave it out for those that wanna continue/finish the project

and NO it isnt true that my converters are ruined, i made all my converters manually
and tested each converter up to my arcemu repack Norwegian Elite Database 6.0
that was released last summer, and all my converters worked perfect.

all the converters i made are tested and confirmed 100%
in the arcemu revision posted in my post.

But those that wanna make quest converters will get a
problem cause mangos uses XP math system inside core,
but its possible to make a sql that generates the xp by
math from gold table in mangos. but it requires a good sql math query.

Old post and not useful.
