I thought it was a DB issue, but I think its something to do with the core? I'm using NCDB Rev 101.

If you look at the BuyOpcode you'll see:
	if( it->MaxCount > 0 && amount*item.amount > it->MaxCount )
	{
		_player->GetItemInterface()->BuildInventoryChangeError(0, 0, INV_ERR_ITEM_CANT_STACK);
		return;
	}

It means that the core requires items to have a maxcount bigger than 0.
So you can create a query for it to put max count to something like 5000, lol. :rolleyes:

Could you help with a query to do that with ALL bags in my DB? I have no idea how to do all of them all in one go? ..

Thanks in advance.

Oh wait, MaxCount is stack count, I was mixing it with unique count of item.
Basicly run something like this:
UPDATE items SET maxcount = '1' WHERE maxcount = '0';

Should do the trick.
