Main changes in this revision are the removal of Pet::SetDefaultSpells and Pet::SkillUp - UpdateSpellList replaces both.

We obtain "skillline" and "tameable" (skill-line-2) fields from CreatureFamily.dbc, look up all entries in SkillLineAbility.dbc - all entries whose skillline matches are checked whether the pet has a spell with that name already. If so, it checks ranks to see whether to upgrade the spell; or if not it will add the spell to the pet.

Other changes:
  • Pet::AddSpell and Pet::RemoveSpell now have an optional bool argument which specifies whether the spell addition or removal should show up in the client's log window. These get set to false on initialization (so that the player doesn't get spammed with messages like "Your pet has learned Firebolt (Rank 1)." "Your pet has unlearned Firebolt (Rank 1)." "Your pet has learned Firebolt (Rank 2)." ... you get the idea.
  • Little change in Pet::AddSpell for determining actionbar changes. Also, AUTOCAST_EVENT_LEAVE_COMBAT spells will be cast here if owner is out of combat.
  • Warlock pets change level with warlock through GM level-modification commands. Note: if Warlock's level is decreased, their summoned minion will not lose spells it shouldn't have at its new level until it's dismissed or the player logs out. Workaround might be to dismiss the minion if the Warlock's level is lowered.
  • Minor cleanup (change "416" to "PET_IMP", that kind of stuff)

Blah, blah... I try to comment code, don't see a lot of need to be loquacious here.
