We have dropped support for clients older than version 3.0.8. If you wish to use the emu on an older version, use a revision below 2029 (2028 is recommended.)

Nah they are just asking for competent developers who can find out what changed in the update packet, and implement it. :)

We're working on that crash, just waiting for logs to come in... unless somebody wants to provide logs for 3.0.8. If you don't know how to log, please dont bother. We need logs of the A9 packet, so basicly all you have to do is walk around a lot.

It will probably work but they don't support it anymore, meaning they won't update things for patch 3.0.3 that were replaced with patch 3.0.8.

"Drops support for clients older then 3.0.8"
That means, if you're able to connect and you crash well, too bad as we're only giving support on 3.0.8 related stuff.
Thanks to Andy the 3.0.8 fix will be up on the svn soon.

So Andy's fix has fixed the crashes you have experienced?

What I'm getting at is, based on the people that have tested, would it be OK to go ahead and upgrade our servers or have you guys had any more problems after the last revision (2042)?

Don't take this as an offense because It's not meant as such, but if you can't make this decision yourself then you shouldn't be running a server.
So in other words: try it, and if you like it use it, but don't expect us to babysit you!

Good job ArcEmu you should have named the thread something else like "Uber-Release!!!11 ArcEmu 3.0.8!!!!!!" This makes it sound like a bad thing :P Good work!
