Problem:
When using player:GetPlayerLevel() it always returned a nil value

FIX:
Now it returns the current Player Level.

The only problem I've had with the GetPlayerLevel command is returning a nil value for the target, I haven't seen it return NULL as a value.

If that's the case, wouldn't this be countered with a nil check in the Lua script? Or is this patch really needed?

I dont know if Return has to be 0 or 1, I know only one thing this way it works.
And for me its very handy, adding teleport restrictions on portals or teleporters.
