[Patch] TrigerMovie() and Enduring Winter

This patch will add Trigger Movie that is SMSG_TRIGGER_MOVIE packet "handler" (used for example in wrath gate video), and Enduring Winter mage talent.

the enduring winter patch is taken from aspiredev 3.1.0 core i think and im sure.you are not a good developer..

I think the Enduring winter can be fixed using SMT_Duration, we just need to set proper spell groups.
I will commit the movie part only for now. Ok?

Just checked the Improved Water elemental spell (Enduring winter) and it works fine. No change needed.
