Trying to attach a image,
for some reason is not working

when i open the world.exe file load completly
but at the ends says cant connect to port 8129
but i did do the port foward thing

any ideas of whats exactly happening?

Look around the configurations.
Anyway, this is a repack and by the looks of it either old or with lots of custom code. ArcEmu does not support repacks and no help can be provided. You should ask the creator of the repack for help.

I didnt know it was a repack. i just followed a guide online
ill download arcemu normal one just need to find it in forum

It is indeed a repack, as it says in the directory name "The wow repack"

You will more than likely encounter the same problem with plain Arcemu too. Something is already bound to port 8129.
So find out what it is and shut it down, or configure Arcemu to bind to another port.

This is the last build from the official arcemu source code: http://www.arcemu.org/wiki/Binaries
If you want to build it yourself, here is the git repo: https://github.com/arcemu/arcemu
You will however need to install mysql server and import database for characters, logon and world. I guess that is all included in the repack you are using now.
